Costa Del Sol
So you want to book a family holiday in Spain but you’re torn between the ‘capital’ of Sunshine, or the beautiful island of Majorca. So which one is worth investing in? Some would say hands down, “ I much prefer Majorca to the Costa Del Sol”. “But Why?” would be a natural reply.
Some feel that the Costa Del Sol is so built up with more and more buildings and developments springing up all of the time. But is this true? In short, no. However, although building projects were put on hold for a while, larger developments are once again taking off once again due to good investments and let’s say popularity. But is this a bad thing? Have you ever booked a holiday for the kids and then arrived at your destination only to be disappointed that there’s no entertainment as promised or simply not enough for energetic children to do? Or imagine looking for a restaurants near to your hotel only to see that there’s just a handful of food places to choose and most if not all close for siesta for 2- 3 hours exactly when you plan to eat. Yes, I’ve been there too and walking for an hour or two whilst hungry is no fun walk in the park. It’s at that very point on your hols that you are so grateful of being surrounded by busy towns and cities. The Costa Del Sol still has many quieter locations to offer for those looking for more cultural stays in small towns
Now imagine that you’ve decided to go where great cafe’s and restaurants never seem to close and there’s beach sports and water sports for the teenagers on your doorstep, crazy golf and aqua parks a stone throw away. Just perfect. Rather than being a concrete jungle, Marbella has lots of culture, a fascinating old town, wonderful weather most days and cuisine to ‘dine’for! There are loads of things to keep you busy all year round with plenty to do to keep children, couples and groups entertained all holiday!
